atg UV Technology Honoured by Queen

Award Winners Join the Queen to Celebrate Their International Success at Buckingham Palace.

Representatives from atg UV Technology, were invited to visit Buckingham Palace on Monday 13^th July 2009 after the company was awarded the equivalent of a business knighthood in this year's Queen's Awards for Enterprise.

Managing Director, Chris Purslow and Technical Sales Director Tony Leigh attend a special evening reception for 2009 Queen's Award winners, hosted by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and other members of the Royal Family at Buckingham Palace. 

atg UV Technology won its Queen's Award in the International Trade category in April this year.  The firm specialises in the design and engineering of UV disinfection systems for applications such as drinking water, waste water, pharmaceuticals and swimming pool disinfection and was commended for achieving a year on year increase in international sales over the past five years due to the company's remarkably swift penetration and worldwide growth in a number of key markets.  This highly regarded award is a prestigious endorsement of both atg UV Technology's contribution towards British industry and their exemplary record of corporate social responsibility, training and development, and charitable donations.
